Mixing things up a bit...
Recently, I hosted a "Brokers Open" (a type of Open House that is generally held during the week, at mid-day, for agents and brokers to attend. They tour the home for sale or soon to be for sale and offer their professional opinions regarding the price and condition.).
In an effort NOT to do the same old thing...I coordinated with a local representative who sells a boutique designer line of clothing, called Kokoon.
Kelly Breedlove brought her clothing line and set it all up in various rooms on the main level of the home. We served a summertime fare - fruits, cheeses and frosty beverages. Worked out great! Agents gave GREAT feedback on the home and also purchased several items of clothing!
This absolutely stunning home provided a perfect venue.
