The town offers ALL types of housing. If you're looking for historic charm, it's all right here! There are currently 74 detached homes actively listed in Purcellville. House #1 is 14 years old and is listed for $3,900,000.

Our 2nd featured home today is listed for $2,845,000. It is 112 years old. There were not interior pictures of the home.

And...House #3 is 228 years old and is listed for $2,599,000.

Now that Thanksgiving is behind us - it's time Dec to get shopping! If you're in the NoVA area, here's a unique market to help you with your list. It's the Annual German Christkindlmarket, 6th, from 4 - 9 PM, 11150 Sunrise Valley Dr., Reston, VA.

It's an outdoor Christmas market with German arts and crafts and food and beverages. That reminds me - got to make my holiday shopping list!!

After your Thanksgiving food coma subsides, head on out to promote the Small Businesses in YOUR community! Small Business Saturday is a day for everyone — from the business owners who create jobs to the customers who buy locally — to support small businesses that invigorate the economy and keep communities thriving.

It began in 2010 when American Express founded Small Business Saturday to help small businesses get more exposure during one of the biggest shopping weekends of the year. Last year, over 100 million people came out to shop at independently-owned small businesses on the day. Now, in its third year, Small Business Saturday will be even bigger. American Express is offering free and easy-to-use tools to help small businesses get the most out of the day and tools for consumers to show their support.

Favorite Listings Friday - Great Falls, VA

It's favorite listings Friday! Each week, I choose 3 homes that are actively listed in my local MLS (multi-listing service). This week - We're taking a virtual visit to Great Falls, VA.
