Thought it was indeed very interesting! PLZ offer your opinion on this !!
"If you had two houses, identical in size, location, etc. but one had a marvelous tree on the property and the other didn't, would the list price be essentially the same? What if the house were in a heavily treed community vs. one that is in a cleared fieldlike community?"
This article from Realty Times says YES, Trees DO add value!!
